The K12 Device Repair Process

1. Onsite Pickup

Say goodbye to managing the logistics of your repairs! Your shipping days are over. Our team will come onsite to obtain every device. We can even schedule a routine pickup to simplify the process for you.

2. Diagnose & Device Repair

Once your devices are onsite at our certified repair shop, our certified techs will diagnose and repair every device in need of repairs. We maintain a large inventory of parts to reduce any delays in completing repairs.

3. Quality Check

Once your devices have been repaired, every device is required to undergo a multistep quality control check. Upon completion of the quality check, the repairs are officially certified and ready for delivery.

4. Onsite Delivery

Once your repairs have been certified, our team will come onsite to return your repaired devices! We handle every aspect of the shipping and receiving process to provide a simple turnkey k12 device repair solution!
